Multiplexity by RainDrop Digital PCR system

RainDance Technologies brakes through the two target color barrier allowing for mutiplexity. It is happening not only becouse of two channels provided within but also thanks to the intensity of the fluorescence in each of them.

This webinar illustrates the possilbility which is given by RainDance Technologies through the RainDrop Digital PCR System regarding multiplexity. As an open platform for standard probe-based qPCR reagents it shows versatility and flexibility in designing the assays. The Speaker walkes us through the basic steps required to multiplex two FAM labelled probes and two TET labelled probes into a single reaction for simultaneous analysis of four different exons of the Dystrophin gene.
