Real-time verification of clonality using IncuCyte system

Cells are plated at a density to ensure that a single colony derives from a single cell per well in a 96-well plate. HD-phase contrast images of the whole well are acquired daily.

-Spend more time inspecting and analyzing at your desk while your cells spend more time in the incubator.
-Inspect colony morphology, monitor growth characteristics and validate clonality in real time while cells remain undisturbed in the incubator.
