Bionano Access v1.4 includes various improvements to its genome visualization, and now integrates the Rare Variant Pipeline so that users can start this pipeline and visualize the results. These new features, and all the other additions and bug fixes are described in the Bionano access release notes. A video walkthrough of the new access, plus the software download, installation instructions and the Bionano access software user guide can be found on the Bionano access page. As part of this release, Bionano has updated most Bionano Solve and Bionano access documents.
