There are several different kinds of 3D bioreactor setup systems with two technologically distinct vessels: High aspect ratio vessels (HARVS); the oxygenation is provided via a flat, silicon rubber as transfer membrane and are suitable for 3D culture of both suspension and anchorage dependent cells. Slow turning lateral vessels (STLVS); the oxygenation for the culture media is provided through a central core silicon rubber gas transfer membrane located on the center axis of the vessel. These are ideal for cell cultures using scaffolds and for tissue cultures. Autoclavable RCCS can hold 1 or 4 vessels with mono or dual speed control.
Features:
- Perfect for anchorage dependent and suspension cell culture, (3D cell culture)
- Compatible with a wide range of culture vessel sizes (from 10 mL to 500 mL)
Its cost-effective, long-term laboratory equipment!
