In Vivo Xtreme, preclinical optical and X-ray imaging system

Apr 4, 2016

Xtreme II, the most advanced preclinical Optical/X-ray imaging system, brings a new level of sensitivity, speed and versatility to preclinical imaging. Discover important biological mechanisms in disease, treatments and monitoring using five imaging modalities including bioluminescence, multispectral VIS- NIR fluorescence, unique direct radioisotopic imaging and Cherenkov radiation.

The imaging system allows tumor and stem cell tracking, can provide luminescence imaging of inflammation, offers the optical imaging of PET probes with Cherenkov radiation, allows detection of new probes and biomarker, can track and validate single or multimodal nanoparticles and can discover how genetics, small molecules and therapeutics affect biochemical pathways.
