TissueFAXS confocal system

TissueFAXS Confocal PLUS SL combines TG´s versatile Spinning disc confocal kit with TissueFAXS SL autoloader capabilities and with TissueQuest/HistoQuest or StrataQuest image analysis software.

It offers a fascinating range of imaging options on one system:
- Confocal scanning and Fast widefield epifluorescence scanning with up to 4 channels
- PLUS High Speed widefield epifluorescence scanning with 9 channels
- PLUS Very fast widefield multispectral or classic brightfield imaging

Combines these with:
- Combine different types of slides (BF, confocal, epifluorescence) within one 120 slide load
- 4 different automatic scanning modes from predefined areas to automatic tissue detection
- Brightfield and fluorescence tissue detection and shading correction
- High dynamic range with 16 bit scanning allows imaging of high and low abundant antigens
- Sample label reading, Tissue Microarray scanning, z-stacking and extended focus imaging
