New study for fully immunocompetent, allogeneic rhesus macaques

Jun 5, 2023

For BLI, d-luciferin firefly potassium salt (375 mg kg−1, Biosynth) dissolved in sterile PBS (pH 7.4, Gibco, Invitrogen) was injected intravenously into anesthetized rhesus macaques. Animals were imaged using
the Lago (Spectral Instruments Imaging) 12 min after the d-luciferin application for an exposure of 5 min. Region of interest bioluminescence was quantified in units of maximum p/s/cm2/sr. The maximum
signal from a region of interest was measured using Aura 3.2 software (Spectral Instruments Imaging).
